If you live in the Philadelphia area, I’ve got great news for you: my gym is near you.
Today marks the unofficial end to my favorite season, the summer.
Summer marks the time when I was born, when the weather becomes warm, and when it is the ideal time to compete in track and field.
But, with the unofficial end of summer, marks the beginning of a new season.
The leaves will be changing colors, school will be starting for millions of students, and unfortunately the temperature will be going down.
But the most important thing to observe at this time is you in relation to your goals. Are you any closer to reaching your fitness goals this season versus this same time last year?
Who Are You?
Have you gotten stronger or are your lifting numbers still the exact same or worse?
Is your body leaner and looking better or are you still sporting the same old flabby physique you had at this time last year?
Are you a better athlete who is getting time on the field or are you still riding the bench?
Have you re-framed your mindset to positive thinking or are you still holding on to negative thoughts and letting them ruin your life?
Regardless of if you change or not, the time is going to pass.
Let me tell you from personal experience, there is nothing worse than looking back like “Man, I wasted a lot of cot dang time.”
You Can Right The Ship
All is not lost though.
Maybe your previous years in the gym were a bust.
Maybe you are nowhere near where you want to be physically or mentally.
But this season could finally be the season that you begin the process of true change with your physique, performance, and mindset.

We can offer you multiple ways to get leaner and drop body fat.
We can offer you multiple ways to reframe your mindset and see the world and your life differently.
While all of these things are great, joining The Fit Team is not for everyone.
My program specifically weeds out the weak, the inconsistent, and the excuse makers.
If you have a poor mindset, or you are an energy vampire, you will not see the best results that you could actually experience. You have to be willing to be humble and be coached.
If I was not willing to learn and be coached by other top strength, business, and life coaches, I would be the same bum that I was in my early 20s going nowhere fast.
When you think you know it all, you really don’t know anything.
