In 2008, I started my career as a fitness professional by offering personal training services for clients near Philadelphia.

Now at the time fitness was still my passion, except the job of being a personal trainer was just a side hustle for me.  But over time it has grown into my career.  There is nothing else I’d rather be doing.

Long before I began training athletes, I began my career training the general population.  Personal training for the general population involves individuals and small groups working with me to help you reach your health and fitness goals.

While my primary interests have shifted to natural bodybuilding and performance training for athletes, I still offer personal training services for the general population.

Many people have a wide range of fitness levels, goals, and backgrounds.   Some of you reading may be completely new to personal training and looking to improve your overall health and wellness.

Others may be more experienced and seeking to achieve specific fitness goals or prepare for an event like a wedding or vacation.

As a certified, professional trainer I can help design an individualized exercise program based on the your goals and current fitness level.  This will include a combination of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning that is tailored to meet you where your current level of fitness will allow.

In addition to exercise programming, I will also provide guidance on nutrition, lifestyle habits, and other factors that can impact overall health and wellness. This will help you set realistic goals, track your progress, and allow us to make adjustments as needed.

Note: This general population training program is not for natural bodybuilders or athletes.  Bodybuilders can apply for training here.

America as a whole is not in great shape in regard to fitness.  The daily choices the majority of people make in regard to exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management has impacted society in a negative way.

But personal training with me is a great way for individuals of all fitness levels to improve their health, achieve their goals, and learn how to exercise safely and effectively.  It won’t be easy, but nothing worth anything in life is.
