I also train and coach physique competitors who compete in: Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Figure, Bikini, and Women’s Physique.
At The Center, athletes will see marked improvements in their speed, strength, athletic performance, physique, and character using our unique strength and conditioning program.
My Strength And Conditioning Gym Story
I’ve wanted to have my own strength and conditioning gym since 2002.
Now, throughout my travels during my career, I have been fortunate to train at many gyms.
I learned 2 great lessons at these gyms: what not to do and who I am really am.
What I will not do is promote the general falsehoods of the fitness industry.
Who I am is a student and coach of building strength, muscle, performance, and character. While it is easy to follow trends, I would no longer be true to what I believe in.
The Center took me 8 years to make it a reality. I now have the ability to give athletes the training and insight that I could not access as a kid.
When thinking of what I wanted aesthetically and culturally for my strength and conditioning gym, I thought back to 2002.
While I was at East Stroudsburg University, we took a track and field spring break trip to N.C. State in March 2002.
When we entered the Wolfpack’s weight room, I was blown away by the layout of the facility. All I saw was power racks, iron, and high-level athletes.
At that point I knew exactly what I wanted; a strength and conditioning gym that focused on building athletic performance and character.
I was never able to translate these thoughts into a reality while working for someone else at their gym. I was also unable to make my vision a reality when I was training as an independent contractor in other facilities.
But I never gave up.
I will warn you though that The Center will not be for everyone. The standards are high and weak-minded trainees are not invited or welcome.
The Journey to get to The Center was long, but it was well worth it.
