I have vivid memories of not being prepared for life.
I was unprepared for most of my high school career. This led to average to below average grades.
I was totally unprepared for the transition from high school to college athletics. I got my butt handed to me on a paper plate for my entire freshman year on that track!
I was unprepared to date women in my late teens. You should have heard me stumbling over my words when I tried to talk to them!
As I began to get older and more mature I started to understand the vast importance of proper preparation.
Preparation separates winners and losers.
Preparation separates making progress vs. being stagnant.
Preparation is what will allow you to have success.
Last week I addressed the 3 keys to getting prepared for sprinting. Today I want to give you more of a visual as to what those 3 keys look like.
