You have the ability to dramatically increase your chances of success by being prepared.
With that being said I have vivid memories of not being prepared for life in my younger days.
I was unprepared for most of my high school career. This led to below average grades.
I was totally unprepared for the transition from high school to college athletics.
I got my then skinny arse handed to me on a paper plate for my entire freshman year on the East Stroudsburg University track team.
Dating women in my late teens was a total disaster as I was completely unprepared to talk to them.
You should have seen me stumbling and bumbling over my words when I tried to talk to the ladies!
As I began to get older and more mature I started to understand the vast importance of proper preparation.
Preparation separates winners and losers.
Preparation separates you from making progress vs. you being stagnant.
Last week I addressed the 3 keys to getting prepared for sprinting. Today I want to show you what a sprinter warm up looks like so that you can do it right before your next sprint workout.
