You could go 30 seconds of work and equal rest. You could go 45 seconds of work and equal rest. You could even go 60 seconds of work and only 30 seconds of rest but that one is a flat out beast.
You could do 5, 8, or even 12 rounds of this series. These schemes will make you work, force you to use real effort and get you far out of your comfort zone.
Comfort leads to no results. Only consistently hard challenges will force your mind and body to change.
