There are two types of people in the world: Winners and losers.
What is the difference between winners and losers? Winners get the job done and losers do not.
It’s that simple.
Winners
Winners want to transform their physique, improve their athletic performance, and get stronger. They go to the gym and they take care of business.
They consistently train every week, every month, and every year.
They prepare the large majority of their meals, they stay consistent with their diet, and they do not let bad habits rule over them like a dictator.
When they look in the mirror over time, they can see the fruits of their labor.
They can see bigger muscles and the higher lifting numbers in the gym.
They can also see increased speed, higher vertical jumping numbers, and improved performances in their sport.
Winners not only have a high degree of confidence, but they also have the work ethic and drive to get any job done.
They do not make excuses, they do not blame others, and they take responsibility for their failures.
Losers
Losers also want to transform their physique, improve their athletic performance, and get stronger. They go to the gym, but they don’t take care of business.
They don’t consistently train every week, every month, and every year.
They don’t consistently prepare their meals, they cheat on their diet often, and they let bad habits rule them.
When they look in the mirror over time, they cannot see the fruits of their labor.
They see an out of shape body and see the same exact numbers on all of their lifts in the gym.
They also see slower times on the track, lower vertical jumping numbers, and lousy performances in their sport.
The most demoralizing feeling in the iron game is to see no progress but guess what? The responsibility falls on you.
Losers have delusions of grandeur about where they really are.
They are always looking for the easy way out, but there is no easy way out. Nothing in life worth anything comes easy.
They make excuses, they blame others, and they never take responsibility for their lack of results.
Conclusion
Are you a winner or loser? If you are a loser, today is the day to stop being a loser and start being a winner.
Once you start to become a winner, you can have everything that you want.
I’ll holla at you next time.
