Owning my own strength and conditioning gym has been a dream of mine since I was a kid.
My official journey started in 2008 when I became a personal trainer. I did not know how I was going to open up a gym, but I knew I was going to eventually open one.
I started my own business in 2010 and worked as an independent contractor for multiple gyms in the Philadelphia area.
Being an independent contractor was a necessary step in the journey, but for me personally, I needed my own gym.
It’s hard to see your vision come to life when you are under someone else’s roof.
Step Back
Sometimes in life, you have to take a step back in order to truly focus, move forward, and reach your goals.
A very wise man once said that you cannot see the picture if you are in the frame. I believe that.
I’ve been off the radar for the last 7 months and many folks have been asking me “Where have you been?”
I’ve spent the last 8 years working toward one of my dreams and have spent the last 7 months making it a reality.
Today I want to present you with the unofficial opening of my strength and conditioning gym, The Fitman Performance Center.
If you have been riding with me since 2008 then you will understand all of the imagery in this video.
You will know the pain, the setbacks, and all of the reasons why this is so important to me.
Like my main man Jazz says “My circle is small, but my circle is official.” I love my circle and I want to thank everybody for your support.
This next move in my career is my contribution to you, your health, and unleashing your inner greatness.
Enjoy the journey that led to me opening my first strength and conditioning gym, The Fitman Performance Center.
I’ll holla at you next time.

Okay I understand the “imagery” but I was also looking for the lunges across a football field with 90+ pounds on your shoulders & the “running with the bulls” wasn’t these things apart of your journey? Lmao … I love you E congratulations my friend I’ll see you on the 7th Happy Holidays & again CONGRATULATIONS!!!
Troy,
