My work with the Fitman x Fademan Collective was recently featured on NBC10 Philadelphia’s Philly Live.
Before we start let’s go back to the end of 2024. The Fitman x Fademan Collective wasn’t even on my mental radar. But as the new year unfolded, the barber beast inside of me started to talk. And ironically, I already had the space, the structure, and the standard at the Center to build something real.
The idea of the Collective was born in 2025. Today, it’s a gym and barbershop built on health, strength, performance, and personal image.
What Real Progress Requires
The NBC10 feature reinforced what real progress actually requires. Many people believe a few weeks is enough to transform their body. If that were true, more people would already be in great shape. Real results only come from giving a consistent, quality effort over time.
Effort can’t be conditional. Most people are fired up when they begin a new fitness routine. But once the new car smell fades away, the work still needs to be done. You won’t be fired up for every workout. I’m not either. But the work still gets done. It takes years to build real health, strength, and confidence.
The NBC segment captured what actually drives success at the Center: discipline, consistency, and accountability. Focusing on those core principles is the foundation of what I do on a daily basis. And when people commit to these principles, results follow.
The Last Rep
Trends change. Standards don’t.
You’ve watched the NBC10 segment. If you want to experience that structure firsthand, my 21-Day Fit program is where the work begins. And my barbershop is the place you want to be to improve your image from the neck up.
I’ll holla at you next time.
