In high school and even in college, I struggled to bench press 135lbs. Pull-ups were nearly impossible, and my deadlift was unimpressive. I was real weak!
In my late 20s and early 30s, I reached a 260lb bench press, a 100lb weighted pull-up, and a 465lb deadlift. I did all this while only weighing around 165lbs. And I never took anabolic steroids either. I’m not the world’s strongest man. But these numbers show my rise from the gutter.
