Shekhinah B. Built Strength, Confidence, And Elite Stage Performance

For some women, weight loss isn’t the goal. Shekhinah B., founder of the WCE Inc and Philadelphia’s top performance act, wanted to elevate her stamina, movement quality, and stage presence as a singer and host. Through consistent strength training and better nutrition, she went from 105 lbs in 2013 to 130 lbs in 2025. She boosted her endurance and added quality muscle that strengthened her overall performance on stage.
Today she commands the stage with power, energy, and confidence. Shekhinah B. is the best at what she does, and she proved that when elite performers invest in their health, their artistry reaches a higher level.
Michele Lost 20lbs And Reshaped Her Body At 50

1. “Will lifting weights make me look bulky?”
No. That myth has held Black women back for decades. Strength training gives you shape, curves, muscle, and confidence. The “bulky” look involves heavy steroid usage. You’re safe here because we don’t do that.
2. “Can I do this if I’m over 40?”
Absolutely. Most of my strongest clients are 40+. With structure and consistency, you will build muscle, lose fat, and feel better than you have in years.
3. “I have a busy schedule. Can this still work?”
Yes. I build programs around real life. Work, kids, and stress aren’t going anywhere. You’ll get a plan you can actually follow, not something built for 20-year-olds with no responsibilities.
4. “Do I have to give up all my favorite foods?”
No. We all have our favorites. You don’t have to abandon everything to get in great shape. I’ll teach you how to build balanced meals around the flavors you enjoy, not unseasoned, bland chicken and broccoli.
5. “What if I haven’t worked out in years?”
No problem. I train beginners all the time. You’ll get a structure that meets you where you are and pushes you to where you want to be.
6. “Will the environment be comfortable for me?”

7. “Do I have to take supplements?”
No. Supplements are optional. Some can be of value, but the real results come from consistent training, smart nutrition, and accountability.
