As the people’s trainer, I do not like to see you the good people all get bamboozled and hoodwinked by the charlatans of this game.
There are always so many gimmicks in fitness that make absolutely no sense.
8 minute abs? Do you really think you will reduce your waist just by doing 8 minutes of abs?
A vibrating dumbbell? Are you truly going to look like a fitness model from using that?
What about the snake oil salesman selling protein shakes and other bogus supplements?
Do you truly think a shake or a pre-workout powder is going to be the magic pill to make you drop bodyfat?
The list could go on forever!
But today we are talking about and exposing the hottest fad in the industry right now: The WASTE trainer.
WASTE trainers are supposed to make your waist smaller by “training” your body to accept an hourglass figure.
How can you shape your physique without building muscle and losing fat?
And where does the fat go? Cramming and balling it up to make yourself appear shapely is NOT burning any fat!
You might deceive a brother at the club on Saturday night. You might feel good about yourself and your false appearance.
I guarantee will be exposed as a phony at some point. It might be later that night. It might be 2 weeks later on a date. But it will happen.
Many “celebrities” wear these WASTE trainers to flaunt their “naturally curvy” bodies.
What they will not tell you is how much is cost at the doctor to have their body altered that way.
We have seen these women and other assorted Phit Vixens “WASTE train.”
Do you think any of them actually have natural bodies? Do you think they do not have regular visits to the doctor to buy the body they want?
Gimmicks are always prevalent, but this is just pathetic. What is even worse is that naive women are actually believing the hype and buying this 21st century corset.
You can change your physique to a large, large degree but genetics are genetics.
The women with a square shape will never be the woman with the coke bottle shape.
The naturally skinny an lean man (me) will never be as big and muscular as an Arnold Schwarzenegger.
You can maximize yourself greatly but you cannot become someone else.
Focus on building your body and mind naturally. Save money on the quick fixes. Stay consistent with your training and nutrition and you will love what you see in the mirror.
