There is a huge difference in the fitness level and athleticism of someone who performs real conditioning vs. someone who spends an inordinate amount of time wasted on “cardio” machines.
Today’s stadium conditioning series will work your entire body.
This series includes Up Downs which are a classic football conditioning drill that will have your legs cooking like Sunday dinner and your heart thumping like a stereo pumping heavy bass.
Also included are Dynamic Planks which are a great core movement that not only will target the core but will also hit your triceps and shoulders during the movement.
Finally, Stadium Hops are a fantastic way to build conditioning while trying to maintain your power output while you are in a fatigued state.
If you can produce power when you are tired then imagine what you can do when you are as fresh as a daisy. You will own your competition if you can be the better-conditioned athlete.
The mentally tough and more conditioned athlete who is in better shape is always the better athlete.
