So in my first article I talked about the importance of having strong glutes. I also introduced you to my great client, the Gym Mom who at 117lbs bodyweight the time performed a 300lb hip thrust.It was a great day for her!
That occurred in August when my personal record at the time for my clients maximum hip thrust was 325lbs by my sprinter JoJo. Jo was 19 years old and weighed 120lbs at the time of her all time best hip thrust.
Since August the Gym Mom has been running the Fit Coast Offense to a T. I cannot stress how important it is to be supremely consistent with your training.
