My Strength Background

I have trained in the weight room for decades as both a sprinter and natural bodybuilder. I also competed in the 2012 Keystone State Games in powerlifting, posting a 255-pound bench press and 455-pound deadlift at a bodyweight of 172 lbs.

As a lifelong sprinter, developing strength was always about improving performance rather than just lifting for numbers. That perspective shapes how I train athletes today.
