I love talking about the full squat that is taken low to the bucket.
Nothing in the game looks better than a flawlessly executed full range squat. The strength and muscular development that the full squat brings are second to none.
So then WHY are the majority of trainees, trainers (unfortunately) and the fitness crowd in general still performing incorrect squats? Those bogus quarter squats and fake hustle half squats are the norms.
Check out the video below and commit to fixing your squat form. Commit to reaching your maximum range through proper training and mobility techniques. Be accountable and your progress will soar.
Remember half squats will get half results!
