It is Motivational Monday!
One thing I absolutely hate to see is trainees wasting their time in the gym. One of the biggest time wasters is “cardio” machines.
These soul-draining devices are set up to make you think you are working out. In reality , ost folks on these machines look like zombies. They look like they have had the life stolen from them!
Also, have you ever seen anyone who was super fit in the “cardio” section? I do not think so!
What happened to real conditioning?
What happened to challenging yourself?
What happened to hard work?
The human body was designed to move in space, not operate on a human hamster wheel.
When it comes to conditioning, the best movement that you can do also happens to be my favorite exercise of all time: the sprint.
Sprints will eat body fat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Sprints will build character.
Sprints will build mental toughness.
Sprints will give you the butt and hamstrings of a stallion.
Sprints, combined with proper weight lifting will give you a superhero/heroine physique.
There are no downsides to sprinting. But you just cannot go outside and sprint without knowing how to decrease your risk of injury.
I do not want to see you in the ER with that pulled hamstring. That is why I filmed this new video for you!
