The deadlift is one of the most important movements when it comes to building strength and muscle in the iron game.
Unfortunately, many folks stink at the deadlift.
The common scene at the commercial gym involves rounded backs, smashing the weights off the floor, and trainees using too much weight trying to be He-Man or She-Ra.
The end result is always a total disaster.
On Saturday, March 11th, I will hold a deadlift seminar at The Fitman Performance Center. The topics that will be covered are:
-What is the importance of the deadlift
-How to increase your mobility in the deadlift
-How to set-up for the deadlift
-Proper form in the deadlift
-Variations of the deadlift
-How to properly train the deadlift for specific goals
-The best footwear for deadlifts
-Using belts for deadlifts
-Using chalk for deadlifts
